Rainbows certainly bring a smile to your face and this rainbow matching activity using upper and lower case alphabet letters are no exception.
Boo (aged 4 years) is really showing a great curiosity for the letters of the alphabet. She recognises letter formations that are found in her name and has some understanding that some letters are ‘big’ (upper case) and some letters are ‘small’ (lower case).
It inspired me to create these oh-so-adorable literacy resource. You can get it from my online store.

How to create this rainbow resource
Simply purchase your resource from my online store or over on my TpT store. Download and print it out and laminate the sheets for longevity.
Cut out the 52 x alphabet clouds and 27 x rainbows.
You’ll quickly notice that the colours of the rainbow and clouds are just so stunning and vibrant.
Purpose
Spread out all the pieces for your child to sort through and have them match the upper and lower clouds and join them together with a rainbow. Gorgeous!
