I decided to create a simple treasure bowl for Possum.
Basically I went around the house looking for safe and interesting objects that I could use for creative play. I threw them all into a bowl and watched as Possum she examined each items one at a time. It was thrilling to see her banging objects together and showing a preference for some over others.
This is great for developing babies understanding of texture, weight and
fine motor skills.
What items do you think would be good in include in a treasure bowl?
I used binkies spoons and finger puppets she loved it!
Cute idea! But I am wondering if the measuring tape would be a safe object.
