Ford recently gave me the opportunity to go exploring with the family in their 2016 Ford Kuga and share my thoughts with you on how it drives. Now let me be honest, my husband is a mechanic by trade and when it comes to cars, his standards are high. Our feedback about the Ford Kuga is literally from the point of view of us as parents, with one of us being a car expert.
So in short, we were actually very impressed with the car and that there is a lot to love about the Ford Explore Kuga. If you’re looking for a family car that is great value and something with all the latest safety and comfort features then it’s one to consider.
As a family we enjoyed a lovely weekend away, which gave us the time to really test out all the features and find out what bells and whistles it has. Here are some of the features that we thought were amazing and worth sharing –
- All round air bags to keep the whole family safe
- Rear view camera
- Adaptive Cruise Control. Car will adjust its speed to accomodate traffic!
- Hill Launch Assist. Stops the car rolling backwards on a hill.
- Hands-free power tailgate. Simply wave your foot under the boot and it opens!
- Active Park Assist. Parks your car for you!
- Voice Command technology
- Sound clarity
Features and extras
- Push button start/stop
- Value for money! Contact your nearest Ford dealer for details.
Obviously having a safe and reliable family car is important. We loved playing games and being together as a family while road testing the Explore Ford Kuga 2016. It’s a great car that we all really enjoyed traveling in and with it’s great safety features, we’d suggest you consider it for your next car.
